4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter was new to this school and I was worried about her fitting in and being up to speed with her classmates. Her teacher was outstanding with keeping me informed and putting my worries to rest. As a parent I was able to get involved as much as possible and the staff was very friendly and professional. My daughter seems to love the school and her teachers. The security is great I love that doors are locked all day long. The only bad thing I can say is staff does not stay out side long enough before and after school to ensure the safety of children with a public park right next to the courtyard I feel it's important to make sure kids get where they need to be safely and that kids aren't locked out before late bell. Other then that great school!Parent Review12y ago2 Reviews - Westminster High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is one of the worst schools my son has attended. Communication is poor, teachers are inaccessible, and attendance records are consistently inaccurate. Despite repeated calls, issues are never resolved or returned. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and concerning for my child’s education.Parent Review5mo ago20 Reviews - Check out schools near 2640 W 68th Ave.

"Commute is excellent via rtd to the city center. Driving is ok with reasonable traffic. Cycling on roads is sketchy but there are designated cycle paths which are good. "

"Sunnyside is a hidden gem. Small town feel within Denver! Easy to get to downtown, 70 and 25, or nowhere at all. Shops and restaurants and lots of great events right here!"

"Sunnyside is a safe and comfortable neighborhood where neighbors say hello and the Christmas Parade is only bested by the Sunnyside Music Festival. Block parties, neighborhood events and an occasional historic walking tour!"

"I lived in the West Washington Park neighborhood in Denver on the 400th block of Washington Street South. Besides an annual block party, we didn’t have any other official community events. HOWEVER, this is still a special neighborhood because of the kind and neighborly people who live there. Everyone goes out of their way to say hello and are always willing to lend a helping hand. I formed some fantastic friendships with my neighbors and there’s nothing better than having your friends live in walking distance!"

"Sloans Lake, West Colfax is diverse, close to the lake, great food options in Edgewater, breweries walking distance, easily accessible to 25 and 6th to quick get into the mountains. Platte Trail is a stones throw away which quickly routes you to the cherry creek trail. "

"Light rail brings transients constantly! The huge movie theater went out of business and the entire parking lot is depressed! I believe they’re trying to change things around here, but they need to turn down the movie theater, which is huge and keep security on the move constantly. "
