On a street with tree lined medians (one of the very few tree lined medians in Mesa), 100 year old trees, and neighbors that have passed their homes from generation to generation lies this gem built in 1936. The charm begins at the curb and doesn't stop! The incredible refinished "real" hardwood floors, along with original kitchen and bathroom create the perfect look and feel that you would expect from a historic community.

The oversized lot has a very cool and very old 2 story detached building that has quite a history and offers versatility. The commercial / residential zoning makes it easy to run a business out of this location or make it a great Airbnb rental or primary residence.

This is a walk-able community! The police station is at the end of the street on Robson which is sure to keep things nice and quiet in the neighborhood. On your walk you can visit the "secret garden", the "hanging tree", 3 different museums, the MAC (world-renowned arts center), the Mesa Farmers Market (every Friday from 8am to 12pm), and a variety of eclectic shops and restaurants.
