HUGE carpeted upstairs one bedroom 50s style build ins. Needs a lot of TLC. Preferably a handyman that's looking for a place since it's under kept. The place isn't that bad except there is a water heater hovering over half the bathtub forcing it to be a stand in shower. Must make 3x the rent to qualify and no evictions. NO PETS
