Description

Many will call this “The Vacation at Home House”. It’s a GEM in the historic Village of Roebling! This brick townhome is an end unit that catches the winter sun on the side of the house all day long, and the sun is over the roof in the heat of the summer. It also has lots of off street rear parking. Enjoy the beautiful courtyard with pavers, perennial plants and shrubbery and sit on the front enclosed real “sun” porch and enjoy “sunset views”. And the views on moonlit nights - breathtakingly starts from the rear bedroom window.
The main entry leads to an open living room and dining room which is great for entertaining. The beautiful kitchen is full of light!!. The second floor provides a fully tiled bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, three bedrooms with ample closet space.
The basement walls and cement floors are painted, so make this your personal “cave” along with the included washer and dryer, a forced air furnace and a HW heater.

Enjoy afternoon walks to Riverside park or bring your bike along to ride the path and enjoy more awesome sunsets!

The River Line Train Station in walking distance from this location and perfect for drive free commuting to New York and Philadelphia with connecting lines on route. As you drive through this town you will fall in love with it: the library, ball fields and fairgrounds in the summer, the riverside Roebling Park and the Promenade walkway along the Delaware River. This town offers easy access to all major roadways and provides convenience stores, post office, and grocery stores, etc. within the town. Please visit the museum to get a glimpse of the inspiration this town offers - in short American ingenuity, hard work, and vision.
This amazing home is ready for quick occupancy. And look into 1st generation buyer grants $15000, a 1 to 5% downpayment and seller concessions, etc.. This GEM will not last long at this price. Come soak up the sunshine and the good times. Realtors, Bring your Pre-Qual and Proof of Funds Clients!

"It’s an all around solid little town to live in. There are a few parks you can go to, one of them has a pretty decently sized dog park!"
  • Tonya Bain
"It’s a very family friendly location. We visit regularly and are planning a move in the near future. "

"My neighborhood has plenty of public transporation including the riverline train and buses. It also has plenty of parking to accomidate drivers. It is minutes away from major highways such as I295 and Route 130. Very easy to travel and close to major cities like Philadelphia. Everything like stores and doctors offices are close by and not hard to get to. "

"I live in Roebling, NJ and find it a very quaint and safe town to reside. There is a riverside park across from my home. Upon completion of work being done on the newly added areas this park will extend all the way to the Delaware River. The town is dog-friendly and at any given time of day one will see happy dogs wagging their tails as their owners take them on their daily walks. The area is very quiet and historic and walking tours add to the charm of the town. There is a fantastic tomato pie restaurant within walking distance that is a local favorite and best kept secret. The Roebling Museum is just around the corner and is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon or partake in the many events it offers throughout the year."
