    "Quiet, semi secluded. Close enough for most any needs. Dollar store, groceries, fast food and gas stations are but a few miles left or right. Beautiful park 2 miles. Tammany Trace biking trail 1/10 of a mile from the house. Neighbors close by but not right next to you. "

    "Lacombe is semi-rural. Two small towns are to the left and right about 3 to 4 miles each way. New Orleans is about a 45 minute commute. Nothing is too far away for gas, food or clothing. Plenty of outdoor recreation. Beautiful location along Lake Pontchartrain. "
