About this House

This tidy home is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. It is ideal for first time home buyers or those needing roommates. It has two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs and is ideal for growing families. In 2015, a new range fan, new drier vent, utility tub and kitchen sick were installed. In 2009, a new roof, new gutters, new furnace, all new doors interior/exterior were installed, all new lighting was installed, a new security system was installed, new custom cherry cabinets in the kitchen and bath were installed, a new tub surround was installed, all new bath fixtures and lighting was installed, custom Israeli slate tiles for bathroom Flooring and ceramic tile in the kitchen, and in 2014, new ducts and new insulation were added upstairs, the crawl space pipes were wrapped in insulation and the crawl space was sanitized, two new ceiling fans were installed upstairs, the floors and joists in the utility room and bathroom were replaced, a new garbage disposal was installed. Some new porch steps were added as well as hand railing. The entire first floor had hardwood underneath new carpeting which was refinished in October 2016.

    "I have lived here for just about 2 years and I moved here from Ypsilanti. It is a bit different then Ypsilanti but it's not to bad. I got lucky and I live on a decently quiet street with some old timers. It's not as bad as i thought it would be. They have been cleaning it up! Schools could be better and people speeding could be better but cant ask for everything! "

    "the dogs run wild. there is even alot of stray dogs as well as cats too. not many fenced in yards which makes it terrible for cats and dogs to get loose. some of my neighbors dogs come into my yard all of time. its actually quite annoying when I'm trying to play with my kids in the yard or do yard work."

My dog flips out whenever she sees another dog walking by which is quite often. There are a lot of streets though all together so you can take your dogs for very long walks around the neighborhood. "
