All Paramount Property Management residents are enrolled in the ENERGY & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (EPMP) for an additional $20/month which includes: HVAC filters installed in your home every two months. Air Filters To You will schedule service/install every two months. Tenant consents to coordinate with and allow access to Air Filters To You to change filters no less than once every two months. If Tenant chooses delivery only, they shall properly install the filter(s) that are provided within two (2) days of receipt. Tenant's failure to replace the air filters as defined in the Energy and Preventative Maintenance Program is a material breach of this agreement and the Landlord shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies it has against the Tenant and the Tenant shall be liable to Landlord for all damages to the property and HVAC system caused by the Tenant's neglect or abuse.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
