3B/1.5 BA, ranch home for rent with easy access to Hwy 63/70. Spacious living room upon entry with laminate flooring. Large, open kitchen and dining room combo with kitchen providing electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator and plenty of cabinetry and counter space. Bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry are located off a private hallway. Primary bedroom offers an attached half bathroom and double closet space. Full hall bathroom with updated vanity and convenient laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. 2-car attached garage and large fenced backyard. Pets are negotiable at an additional cost of $20 per pet, per month. Pets must be kid and neighborhood friendly and must be approved in advance by the landlord. No smokers or undergrads. New garage door and dishwasher to be installed.

Washer and dryer are included. Water softener is on property, tenant to supply salt if tenant wants to use it. Not maintained by landlord. Prospective tenants' approval is subject to criminal, credit and financial background check. All prospective tenants are required to complete an application form found in documents on Flex. *Do NOT sent the $15 application fee with the application form. Once application form is submitted, the landlord will email a link to the tenant to complete a financial, credit, and criminal background check through Experian. Application fee is $15/person, paid directly through Experian, and is non-refundable.
