All utilities are included except electric. One off-street parking pass is included in the base rent with an additional pass available for purchase. This building is pet-friendly with an additional monthly fee and pet deposit.

Sometimes living in Corryville can be slightly noisy due to living near a college campus, a level 1 trauma center (with a helipad that does frequent runs), and an active fire department."

    "I hear there are areas of Clifton that are bad. I live on Jefferson. If you do not know where that is, Ludlow becomes Jefferson after you pass skyline going toward the hospitals. No issues in this area. Everything is perfect. I have seen female students walk down this street in the we hours of the morning on many occasions. That’s how safe it is. Very eclectic and diversified. I dread having to leave here one day."
