    "This neighborhood was built on 2017 so pretty much one owner houses, quiet, lovely & clean, you don’t see a lot of people walking on the streets, your exercising walking their dogs pick up their mail and people delivering packages. Nothing else not too many kids playing on the street"

Descent neighborhood and has the things you needed on daily basis that are only few minutes away like supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, etc. it’s a well kept place within the LA county that is not so crowded, no traffic, and skies are clear.
