About this House

With several established pools in the flyway, you'll need plenty of shells on hand any given day of the waterfowl season. The whitetails that follow the Marmaton River along the southern border will visit the key established food plots giving you the opportunity at a great Kansas buck every season.  Just one mile north a former MLB player is practicing QDM on 1000+ acres, with 3 bucks in the 180" - 200" range taken in the last 3 years within a 5 miles radius, something is getting done correctly to harness the genetic potential.  With a 100' x 40' Quonset barn for equipment, decoys, ATVs and indoor archery range this property offers a turn-key opportunity for the outdoorsman.

* Established waterfowl pools with water control in place

* Deep Marmonton river for pumping/flooding pools & Funneling Deer

* Established whitetail food plots in key areas

* Trophy Bass fishing

* The significant Marmonton river becomes travel corridor for whitetail

* Surrounding timber and cropland providing cruising rut activity

    "A lot of animals wandering around getting into trash, breeding and spreading disease is common here. A dog park was set up recently. It seems nice. "

    "Easy to get along with and everybody so friendly. And helpful if and when needed lawns are pretty much kept up and if elderly or child. They both are very well taken care of with respect and people are very helpful with the elderly and children. Children are very involved with sports around here witch is a good thing to keep kids outta trouble"
