About this House

This property and home is tucked away in a secluded location, the last lot on the right hand side of Mary Crest Drive. I would particularly be looking for a buyer who is interested in a fixer upper project. With some remodeling work this home would turn from wonderful to absolutely stunning.

My second option is too look for a developer who is interested in a tear down and rebuild project. The lot is approved by the city and it can also have another home built on the lot. Perfect lot to build multiple homes. I have already cleared the parcel split.
