8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended Rustburg high school until my senior year, I had to get out. The teachers were all very sweet, but some were highly inappropriate. I thought the principals handled everything in a bad manner. The students were always fighting, the food was served in poor quality, and everything about this school never defined success. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son loved the school ! He looked forward to seeing his teachers & friends everyday. The support system for his special needs transferred from his elementary school seamlessly. I always felt like I was truly a part of his process. In regards to getting the support I felt was needed to implement a routine or course of action at home & having it carried out at school . For example if he was misbehaving. I felt as if they really really cared about him and everyone there involved in his day to day truly went above & beyond to ensure the most positive & successful outcome possible !! The progress he made from his grades ( struggled to honor roll ) and his emotional struggles / maturity are astounding!Parent Review8mo ago
