You will have access to the entire home and the garage to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener who needs access to the home to service the plants on the roof as well as the front yard.

*Please note, the rooftop deck has been upgraded and no longer consists of the same furniture or amenities as seen in the listing photos. The first-floor television is currently under repair and not operational.
