There's a new roof within the past 2 years, a phone line into the cabin and Internet service is available...more of the finer things, but you'll haul your own drinking water for now. The electrical panel is newer and there is electricity to the garage. There's one bedroom on the main floor and one open space above which sleeps about 4 -5 maybe more. Most of the furnishings stay so you can move in immediately! The garage is great with high ceilings and a lot of room to store snowmobiles, a boat and ATV. All located in a very nice recreational area for all season outdoor sports!
