North Park Apartments is a pet friendly community, the weight limit is 70lbs and some breeds are restricted. Our neighborhood is located near unlimited amount of shopping areas, and restaurants. Nearby there are local parks with countless number of activities. Our studio apartment provides the following: All Electric Kitchen, Disability Access, Air Conditioning, Furnished Available, Garbage Disposal, Washer and Dryer Hook-Ups, Refrigerator, a Detached Garage at $50/month and Mini Blinds. We our proud participants of a water, sewer and trash conservation program. Our neighborhood is located on the public transportation bus route, and also has on-site public school bus pick ups and drop offs.

Owner pays for trash removal, and sewer. Residents are responsible for paying electric and water.

    "There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
