The door in the rec room leads onto the patio located under the deck. The plumbing was replaced 10 years ago with copper and pex. 2 large sheds in the rear yard, one is. full of wood for the living room fireplace. There is a 2.5-car garage, and the driveway is extra wide for additional parking. This home has vinyl replacement throughout. The area is very private and quiet and this home is located in the Clark-Shawnee school area.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
