Description

It was remodeled in 2017 everything inside the home was renovated floors are all stained concrete except for the Kitchen and bathrooms one bathroom is fully handicapped accessible with a flat floor all the way into the shower so the interior is very comfortable outside the whole pool was redone in 2014 with all updated pool pumps and filters also has its own well so no water bills which was all replaced in 2018 the roof was also replaced in 2014 with a new ac/heatpump so this house is in very good condition.

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
