Great natural light and Top-down/bottom-up shades provide mountain views and maintains privacy. 1 Small pet is fine most be on-leash if outside. Water, sewer, and Trash covered by landlord, Gas and Electric are split with other unit on site.

In "A" section near Cotati. Close to shopping center, restaurants, and Sonoma State but far enough away from main roads so minimal traffic noise. Located in mostly owner occupied quiet family neighborhood. Looking for respectful renter.

    "I commute to Berkeley every day. If you leave Rohnert Park around 6:30 or seven in the morning, you will avoid all the traffic going to San Francisco or East Bay . Now that they completely reopened the freeway to three lanes all the way to Santa Rosa. There is almost no traffic. "
