About this House

Fully renovated, large two bedroom and 2.5 bath. Everything is brand new from the flooring, kitchen, toilets, windows, and everything in between. Large front and back yard in a quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac. Includes a cedar deck off the back and grass cutting service.

Renter responsible for water, electric, and gas (furnace and hot water heater). First and last months' rent due at lease signing. $300 pet deposit for no more than 2 cats or 1 small dog.

I ask that you do not apply using the Zillow application until you have seen the property. This will save us both time and we can discuss your current situation. I will be checking for current and prior employment, no previous eviction history, financial information such as debt to income ratio, and credit score in order to prove ability to pay. The Zillow application also provides a background check, but I only care about major convictions. If you are interested in the property after viewing, then I will require the Zillow application.
