256 Broadpath Road is a gleaming country estate featuring distressed pine floors on the first floor 9+ foot ceilings and a huge first floor master bedroom and bath. The master closet is immense and features hanging racks for clothing and built in shoe racks for him and her. The bath has both a clawfoot tub for soaking and a large almost new shower. The toilet has its own private space with privacy door. The living space is very large and there is a gorgeous formal dining room. The living room has a wood burning fireplace but can be converted easily back to a propane gas FP. The kitchen has GE Monogram appliances that convey and the cooktop is gas. There is a large separate laundry room and you can step into the heated and cooled sunroom in back for birdwatching or reading or just relaxing.The two additional bedrooms are on the second floor and have a converted prior jack and jill bathroom that now has two toilets and a complete separation by a privacy door. The second level features all bamboo flooring with a lovely rustic look. The barn is tremendous. There are large double doors at both ends and there is room for autos as well as horses. there is a loft but no stairwell has been added for it though that is easily installed. The stalls may be finished to the purchaser's desire. There is a wash area for horses and an attached shed for the tractor implements and mowers or boats. The entire property is grassed. The purchaser may fence as desired. Horses are of course allowed and access to the Francis Marion Natl Forest trails is easy and direct. "It is a very safe and quiet area. Lots of trails and horses. School buses stop at almost every street. Local stores are great and everyone waves."
