Teacher rude, disrespectful and always thinking they the parents of the child. Don’t get me started on the deans and principals. Mr. Erico don’t act like no damn principle. Deans and assistants principle act like they don’t want this job neither. They wouldn’t let me into school multiple times just because I had crocs on. Which is ridiculous! If we are moving to this new advance technology world why is it that the lowest performing schools have the WORST, oldest, & slowest computers & system? They have a wonderful Team Up program that help my children do their homework and offer enrichment activities that they only get once a week during the regular school hours. This was disrespectful not only to my sister, but also to the broader LGBTQ+ community. Educators are expected to de-escalate situations and model professionalism — not escalate or demean students.What’s most troubling is that my sister was disciplined immediately and multiple times, while the adult involved faced no visible accountability. This creates the appearance of bias and raises serious concerns about how student complaints are handled versus how staff behavior is addressed.Instead of focusing on accountability and transparency, the school’s response felt dismissive and defensive. That erodes trust between families and the institution that’s supposed to protect and educate children.I hope the administration reflects on this situation, takes appropriate corrective action, and prioritizes respect, fairness, and student well-being moving forward.Other Review6mo ago
