About the most warm and welcoming neighborhood you can imagine. You literally get to know all your neighbors within a couple blocks of you because everyone is so friendly and open. It can almost take you an hour to just get around the block because everyone is out walking or hanging out in their yards during the summer. Every Christmas, Santa visits the pinetree that is the center of the neighborhood for all the kids. Neighborhood parties in the summer and get togethers throughout the year. It's a truly amazing place, and so quiet and peaceful.There are no busy through streets in the neighborhood but there is easy bus route access, though with a bus line on 2300E and 2700E.

    "I've lived here in holladay for years now. I've seen it change for good and bad. The neighborhoods are great, safe and quiet. Unfortunately the apartment living is just the opposite. Noise, junker cars, unleashed dogs, garbage and police presence. Buy a home here but don't rent an apartment."
