"There are many families in our neighborhood with plenty of varying age groups (elementary, middle, high school) for the kids and for the most part very friendly neighbors. Not too loud and a very calm place to live and start a family."

"Dogs have not been an issue. They’re all leashed when walking or fenced in their yards. There isn’t much backyard space in this area so it’s tough to find a house with a fenced in yard"
