Built in 1901, this home is cozy but rustic. Guests should expect a farmhouse that is dated, yet very comfortable for brief or extended stays.

Property is 5 min from downtown Hamilton, just west of the river.

There are three fully furnished bedrooms. The only bathroom is a jack-and-jill set up, accessible ONLY through a bedroom. Full occupancy of all three bedrooms is only recommended for a group of family or friends that don't mind a bit of intimacy.

The house is fully equipped with the laundry, kitchen and dining amenities necessary for extended stays.

Scenic views of the rural countryside and nearby mountains are available from all rooms. The small covered porch at the front of the house offers a great place to spend your evenings weather permitting.

If desired, one of the bedrooms can be converted to a dedicated workspace for long term stays including an adjustable height desk, office chair, and Starlink internet. Please let us know in advance if you desire this amenity so that we can prepare it for you.

Outdoor parking is plentiful. A detached, single car garage is also available if requested in advance.
