    DESCRIPTION:

    Own 80 acres of peaceful, untouched property that sits about 30 min from Sprague River OR. When we visited, this property was full of signs of wildlife and tons of tall trees, mainly pines. This property is perfect for if you are an avid hunter as it is filled with wildlife!

    The county says it is zoned forestry but you can see all kinds of small dwellings, RVs, and sheds along the way to the property which are zoned the same. There is even a small house right next door, but we don’t know how often the neighbors are there if at all. The driveway leading up to this property was put in with stone. With a little handy work you could fix it up. This is a HUGE property with a lot of potential. It is heavily forested and would be the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle.It has great views overlooking this area’s mountains. Set a mobile home, park an RV, build a house, camp, store heavy equipment, or set up solar panels and begin living off the grid. This property has a lot of potential with national forests surrounding it including Fremont National Forest, Yamsay Mountain, and Gearhart Mountain. Beatty is the nearest town with a quaint atmosphere, a country store, gas station, post office, and other businesses that change from time to time. Quickly jump onto highway 858 to US 97 S and head North for about 2 hrs 40 min where you will arrive at Bend, Oregon where you can enjoy restaurants, hotels, and shopping.
