Entire property is fenced and cross fenced, ready for your horses or other animals. Each home is on its own septic and the property is provided water through a private well located on site. There are also various fruit trees on the property. This area is very quiet and has tons of wildlife and is country living away from the hustle, but an easy 30 min drive into San Antonio for any required shopping. The quaint and popular little town of Blanco is just 15 min north and has some nice restaurants and a small grocery store. Internet and cable is available and currently wired. Peace and quiet abounds, white-tail and axis deer are abundant, as are fox, raccoons, armadillo, o’possum, rabbits, ring-tail cats, many songbirds, coyotes and even mountain lions are seen occasionally."
