We walked into this home and were immediately charmed by how neat and clean and functional! Huge kitchen that has all appliances, breakfast bar, breakfast area and opens up onto the big deck for easy access while cleaning and grilling those fish you just caught about 50 feet off the back deck, living room with fireplace that also has access to the deck via a separate screened porch, and 3 nice size bedrooms and two full baths. Established yard plus an outbuilding that stays. Only about 1 mile from the main gate! Brand new roof!
