The community is well maintained and offers off street parking, and residents have access to the community pool and clubhouse.

The 2024 HOA fees were $307.10 however in 2025 the fees have increased to $469.30. This increase is due to the previous insurance company elected not to renew the insurance policy. Because of this the new insurance company required full payment up front for this and next year. According to the HOA board the HOA fees will drop for 2027 but for now they are playing catch up. Trash, snow removal and lawn care are included in the HOA fees.
