Features include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with sleeping up to 10 and all the amenities you would expect when selecting your perfect vacation cabin. Shagbark Resorts is situated on a ridge overlooking a peaceful valley in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains and you'll have access to the community swimming pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), tennis and basketball courts, walking paths, mini-Frisbee golf course, picnic pavilion and playground.Lets talk about what The Gathering Place has to offer. Pay close attention because we spared no expense in ensuring you have everything you could possibly want and more during your well-deserved staycation!Since we are big Jeep fans the decor is geared towards Jeep enthusiasts and Bear lovers in mind.Are you an EV (Electric Vehicle) owner? Skip the search for go go juice and just plug into our EV Charger at no extra cost!Upper level:- 65" wall mounted HDTV in living room area- Master bedroom (#1) on the main floor has a 55" wall mounted HDTV, king bed with memory foam mattress and a bathroom you will never want to leave. Featuring an oversized custom walk in in shower with teak bench and far big enough for more than 1 person if you are so inclined. You'll think you're in heaven with the dual shower heads providing the ultimate in relaxation. Don't you hate getting out of a shower and being cold? That's not an issue at the Gathering Place as we have a towel warmer to keep you nice and toasty!- Half bathroom and laundry room.- We couldn't decide where to put the fireplace so we placed one on both levels problem solved!- Queen size memory foam sleeper sofaLower level:- 65" wall mounted HDTV in common area- 2 bedrooms and full bathroom.- Bedroom (#2) is equipped with a 55" TV and king memory foam mattress.- Bedroom (#3) is equipped with a 55" TV and queen memory foam mattress- Games your thing? We've got you covered with our pool table, arcade and barrel pub table that also doubles as a card table complete with casino chips. There's even old school boards games and Uno cards to make you feel nostalgic.- Queen size memory foam sleeper sofaThe oversized kitchen:- Has everything you need to create simple or gourmet meals. Air fryer? Ninja Blender? Crockpot? Ice Maker? Yup. Just a few of the extras offered at The Gathering Place.- Gotta have your coffee? Not only was my child the only kid in the entire neighborhood, the HOA is often making new rules to discourage younger families, like banning basketball goals in driveways simply for appearances. They also DO NOT allow anyone to display decorations or even a flag- they made a war veteran take down his American flag on the Fourth of July!!!"
