Outside/inside pets allowed with a $350 non refundable pet fee PER pet. Maximum 2 inside pet, MUST be potty trained and crated when not supervised. Breed restrictions. Tenant is responsible for ALL utilities. Background and credit check must be completed. Must be employed for minimum of 6 months and must provide 3 months of pay stubs.
