Seller has shared this history of the home: "The house was constructed in 1957 by our grandfather Patrick Stephens and our father, Dale Stephens. Patrick was a renowned stone mason in the Catawba Valley, having worked on numerous houses in the area during this era. This stonework was handcrafted and unique, with a handful of similar homes that can still be found in the local area."

The loop that makes 39th Street SW and 39th Street SW Circle is very nice for walking and you will often see families walking the the loop and children playing. I love living in this neighborhood for its quietness and convenience to Hickory- Hwy's 70, 321 and I-40."
