Room Description

The bedroom and a shared bathroom are located on the second floor, back half of the property. Currently, there are two tenants who rent the other two rooms (Males, Mid-20s).

All utilities are included and there is both driveway and marked parking options. The home is fully furnished, but you are welcome to add personal belongings to make it feel like home (within reason).

If you are interested, the monthly rent would be $700/month (all utilities included).

We are willing to do a 6-month for $25 more per month, a month-to-month for $50 more per month, but would prefer a 1-year or 2-year lease agreement.

Lease can be terminated at any time with a 60-day advance written notice. A security deposit is due prior to move-in equal to one-month's rent. An application must be completed and approved (~$40) before a lease agreement will be offered.

    "I love this neighborhood but I would love to see some sidewalks put in because there are so many families with children and pets around here and they have to walk in the streets which can be a major safety hazard. I would also like to see some more corner stores or other major retail stores in closer distance as well because you do need a car to go to a store out here in which there are no stores within walking distance or close by. The nightlife here is also not very much mainly just a bar is all I have seen so far since living here. You would have to go to Jacksonville to enjoy any nightlife and I think it would be nice if there were more entertainment choices here in Richlands. The only public transportation I have seen are cabs or taxi's. It would be nice if they had some public buses that come to our area as well. Other than that I love this neighborhood because of its friendly people and pet-friendly environment."
