Vintage 2 bedroom unit in historic 4 unit building. Very clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen has appliances and lots of storage. Beautiful hardwood floors with lots of windows for natural light. Included is access to basement with your own storage area and washer /dryer hookup. Private parking lot. Pets are allowed with the exception of vicious breed dogs. We require a $30.00 app fee for anyone 18 or over, and a $100.00 holding fee to start processing application. There is an extra $250.00 non-refundable security deposit/pet, and pets are an extra $25.00/ month/pet. Renter's insurance is required.

    "I have lived in Grafton Hill for 9 years and have no problem recommending it. I love how close I am to the water where I often see kayakers and people fishing. I also love how walkable the area is as I no longer own a car (by choice) and I walk 5-6 days weekly, 4-6 miles per day for exercise. Only one mile from Downtown Dayton and I have always felt safe."

Everyone decorated for the holidays and has get togethers. A good mix of young and old and a lot of different dogs we’ve gotten to meet walking ours in the park. "
