The property is part of a tri-plex, so you have two neighbors only, not like a crowded apartment complex. The whole property was completely remodeled inside and out recently, and it shows very well. There are train tracks a block away which are surprisingly quiet and provides a nice background (see photo below). The street and neighborhood is very nice and safe, all the neighbors have well kept lawns and homes. There is a country club 1 mile away, the Virginia Country Club in Long Beach, so maybe it's time to take up golf and relax!
