This is right at the 405 and 710 intersection, and provides easy access to most parts of Los Angeles, Wilmington, Long Beach, Lomita, Signal Hill, even Lakewood and Gardena. The property is part of a tri-plex, so you have two neighbors only, not like a crowded apartment complex. The whole property was completely remodeled inside and out recently, and it shows very well. There are train tracks a block away which are surprisingly quiet and provides a nice background (see photo below). The street and neighborhood is very nice and safe, all the neighbors have well kept lawns and homes. There is a country club 1 mile away, the Virginia Country Club in Long Beach, so maybe it's time to take up golf and relax!
