The fencing is partially damaged due to Milton. It's on a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood with close proximity to US 41, 301 and I-75. It's being sold unfurnished but the patio furniture will stay since it's painted to match the roof and shutters. Minimal repairs will return this home to a dream waterfront property.
