This large lot (1.89 acres) is creek side, and has the most amazing views of the Cathedral Spires and the entire range of granite rock mountains east and north of Custer. The 1981 double-wide mobile home is taxed as real estate and its title was surrendered to the state of SD. There are two accesses to this acreage...the official access off of Harbach Lane, and a 2nd, unofficial access, to the rear of the lot and directly to the 2 car garage, from Granite Heights Drive. The entire lot is in the flood plain, requiring flood insurance on most loans. This home could use some updating and maintenance, but is on a permanent foundation and has been recently occupied by renters. Water is provided by private well located in the well house in the back yard. Sewer services provided by East Custer Sewer District.
