Excellent !! Very professional and also staffs purpose and #1 priority is to the students.

Typical backwoods school. Parents and coaches are really bad to be around at football and wrestling matches. They tell their kids to fight and try to injure students. Zero character and zero morals. The education is really poor and the kids worry more about bullying and sports. The moms actually wear camo clothing out in public.... so there’s that too. Just a bad area of the state.

Bullying is out of control and not taken seriously, in my opinion. Just this year already, a kid tried to commit self-harm in class and traumatized the entire classroom due to bullying. This is not the first time. My child has to see a therapist regularly due to situations like this.The attendance "policy" makes no sense. "Keep your kids at home if they're sick or low grade temp for at least 24 hours!" But only 7 days a YEAR unless you take them to the doctor EVERY TIME they have a fever to get it excused. (We're still dealing with covid spreads there which is also dismissed). Nevermind if your kid has a pre-existing condition that causes them to have days they can't be at school... better get them to the doctor anyways.. even if, you as the parent, knows what the problem is. My child has great grades including standardized testing but also has a pre-existing condition and we're still getting told she can't have anymore 'parent approved' days off without possibly reviewing/rejecting her for progression into the next grade, or worse for the parent??My child often complains that the leadership treats the kids like it's a popularity contest as much as the kids do to each other. Once your kid gets labeled by staff, be prepared to get a call from them every other week about something they can dig up. My child has come home and told me about staff members openly discussing other students situations in the office in front of my child and others, so I doubt there's much confidentiality there, either. My child has already had one friend's parent remove the child from the school because of this and the bullying from students. (My child NEVER has or had issues with any adults, school, or other establishments until this one.)Academically great if your kid can get through the emotional neglect and targeting by both kids and staff. *Really hate to say this for the handful of the exceptional staff there who are doing the right thing.
