One year standard lease. At management's discretion, a shorter term may be negotiated at a higher rate. Rent is due on or before the first of each month and is paid online. No animals/pets are allowed on the property without prior approval from management. Pets must be at least 2 years old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. Applicants with approved animals/pets will sign an animal agreement in addition to the lease. There is a non-refundable increase in rent for an approved pet. 1 or 2 resident vehicles max may be parked in the off-street parking lot. There is no guest parking in the parking lot; guests must park along the street on Windmill Drive. A minimum 30-day notice is required to vacate, with notice accepted on or before the first of the month prior to vacating. Renters insurance required.
