Upstairs 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with open layout, fireplace, and beautiful wood and tile flooring at Iron Ridge Estates in Spearfish. Carpet in bedrooms. Outdoor covered deck space. Full kitchen with all appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Shared, coin-operated laundry facilities in the building. Includes access to the Clubhouse common space with fitness room, hot tub, and seasonal outdoor pool. Off-street parking for 1 or 2 resident vehicles max.

All adults over 18 years of age must complete an application and pass a background check. A minimum credit score of 600 is required as well as prior rental history or home ownership. One mature animal will be considered and must be spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply.

One year standard lease. At management's discretion, a shorter term may be negotiated at a higher rate. Rent is due on or before the first of each month and is paid online. Resident pays electricity (required), gas (required), and cable/internet (optional). The property owner pays water and garbage. Absolutely no smoking of any substance. No animals/pets are allowed on the property without prior approval from management. Pets must be at least 2 years old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. Applicants with approved animals/pets will sign an animal agreement in addition to the lease. There is a non-refundable increase in rent for an approved pet. 1 or 2 resident vehicles max may be parked in the off-street parking lot. There is no guest parking in the parking lot; guests must park along the street on Windmill Drive. A minimum 30-day notice is required to vacate, with notice accepted on or before the first of the month prior to vacating. Renters insurance required.
