8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child went to this school from K- 5th grade. I pulled him out due to the bullying not only by other children but from teachers as well. The day I pulled him from the school I contacted the admin building. I discovered that all my complaints were never relayed to them including the sexual assault my child had experienced. Their go-to response every single time I confronted staff was " well we weren't aware". I would not recommend sending your child here. They will not feel safe, and truly won't ever be safe.Parent Review1y ago9 Reviews - Southmoore High School

"The train is very irritating. I feel like I catch it every single day. I don’t hear it from the house, I just get stuck at the track often. But it is a simple go around if you’re desperate. "

"There are many parks in the area and they are all well maintained. The school district is nice too. There are many food locations that are great for family dinners or just fast food. The shopping in the area is great, and there are several different grocery stores in the area from Walmart, to sams, to aldi. "

"Like - Many wonderful walking trails at the city parks, as well as a dog park. Dislike - Many people seem to ignore the leash law at local parks... many of these dogs appear very well trained, however it still puts them/others at risk in case a dog gets aggressive"
