EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL (ESA) REQUIREMENTS FOR TENANTS:
We understand that emotional support animals can play an important role in our tenants' well-being, and we want to make the process of registering an ESA as smooth as possible. To ensure compliance with federal guidelines and to maintain a safe and enjoyable living environment for all residents, please review the checklist below.
All documentation should be provided before bringing your ESA onto the property. Without this, the animal will be considered a regular pet and subject to standard pet fees.
Required Documentation:
1.Vaccination Records Submit current shots and vaccine paperwork for your animal.
2.ESA Letter from a Licensed Mental Health Professional This letter must:

5.Confirm that you are a current patient under their care for treatment of a mental disability.

8.Authenticity Requirement ESA letters must come from a licensed professional (therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or doctor specifically trained in mental health). Online certificates or letters from general practitioners cannot be accepted.
Additional Policies:
Only one ESA is permitted per household. Any additional pets require a deposit and monthly pet rent.
Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their ESA. Costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Aggressive breeds cannot be approved as ESAs.
We strongly recommend obtaining pet liability insurance. The landlord will not be responsible for any damage or harm caused by your animal.
Once paperwork is submitted, it will be reviewed and verified by our legal team.
If ESA documentation is not approved prior to move-in, the animal will be considered a pet, requiring a $400 deposit and $25 monthly pet rent (payable before move-in).
