My kids were in this school last year. The teachers were fine but it was the parents who caused so many problems. Many of the parents kept asking the teachers to add more homework. Hellooooo....??? It's 1st grade!!!! And also felt like some parents looked down on the teachers. They worked at some fancy schmancy place which I guess made them look down on the teaching profession as a whole. And it was hard to make friends with these parents. They asked questions like it was some interview - where I worked, what did I or my husband do for work, etc... Chill people! There are a lot of good things about this school but seems like this small group of parents love to try to bully everyone around.

"Congested throughout the day in main arteries…inner city roads are approximately 50% needing repair. Can be increased wear and tear to vehicles."

"park is near by which is awesome. during weekend you can see different sports and cultural activity in park while walking around the lake. overall safe and peacefull neighbourhood. "

"I have lived here for over 9 years and I really enjoy that the lake is only a five minute walk from here. There's also a waterpark, four kids playgrounds, a basketball court, baseball field, tennis courts, soccor field, running path, wildlife, a library, an earthquake fault exhibit, community centers(teen center, senior center), community events and the list goes on. They even have a park for the dogs!! Need I say more? lol :)"

"For over 5 years I have lived here, and the HOA is terrific. The folks who live here are respectful of their neighbors, and are from many ethnic backgrounds. I have no idea what the former writer was speaking of in his review."
