About this House

This is a 2008 Pilgrim travel trailer, located in beautiful Weavers Needle 55+ RV park. Park rent is paid up through December 15, 2018. We added a new 7 x 28 foot metal awning last spring. Included are 2 sheds, one of which has electric and a full size refrigerator. We have many cactus, extra large patios and a gas bbq. Weavers Needle has many amenities, such as pool, hot tub, ceramics, lapidery, beautiful clubhouse, many pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and laundry.

    "Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
