"quiet friendly people schools excellent small classroom as amount of children, excellent education, high percent go to college with honors, spring that never freezes, 2 wells, all new barbed wire and gates entire property, horse shed tack room, loafing sheds, amazing quality horse hay grown here inspected no problems, dream property, mules ddeer, eagles , hawks, amazing views and animals, no one bothers you here, irrigated canal pays you yrly to go through edge of property but all is irrigated. the perfect farm/ranch, house immaculate much to see unreal, took buyers 6 years to find dream home in WY, this IS the perfect place to live, they got too old to farm anymore, pasture leasing and farm leasing income if you don't want to do it, a lot on income possible but never saw one like this no comparisons at all"
