The house 1826sqft with a double garage (suburban and Honda,not 2 large rigs) is one of the original farms in the area, but was split into 5 acre plots and sold all but this one. We bought it in August of 2000. We have made tons of updates including laminate flooring through most of the house, pulled paneling from the walls and insulated, then dry walled, and put in new vinyl windows. The heat source is propane stove in the living room, but we put in cadet heaters in all the bedrooms and dining room for those extra chilly days. Hyland Stringer creek borders the property. Homeowner has water rights to creek. 40x60 barn with power. Greenhouse with power. Fruit house or extra storage between house and garage. Garden space. 2 pear and 2 apple trees, both good producers. Has its own sewer, pumped about 3 years ago. We have never had any problems with it. On Willapa Valley water that runs about $60 every 2months. 2011 property taxes $1,933.54. Master bed
