"Too many events that it has become annoying. I preferred this neighborhood when I first moved here rather than now. It used to be quaint, like Mulberry. Now it is overcrowded and over gentrified. I moved here 25 years ago when kids could cross the main avenue safely, now there is gridlock and traffic congestion on a daily basis. Awful! Can’t wait to leave! Sad because for many, many years I loved it here. "
  • Jmokoid
"My commute is about 15-20 minutes down Route 38. It’s early in the morning so it’s an easy commute. "

"Lots of parks close by and not a lot of traffic. Lots of dog owners. Very pet friendly. A short walk gives access to Cooper River Park that has lots of open spaces and about a 4 mile loop to walk."
  • Everoslyn
"I’ve lived in this community for over a year now. The neighbors are friendly and take pride in maintaining their properties and the neighborhood at large. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to buy here!"

  • Terpa21
"Not many places to walk other than narrow sidewalks and residents front lawns. No off leash area to let them run. "
  • Jackie
"Not bad, train to the city only takes about 15 minutes and then you can catch the subway or trains to pretty much anywhere. Takes me about 40-45 minutes total one way on average. "
  • Jv22709
"I love the area, so many things to do and see. many restaurants near us as well as a gym. also very close to family. "
  • Jayne
"I love everything about Collingswood. Between the people the parks the local businesses the events... the farmers market—-best town ever. "
  • palladm2
"All the amenities of a city but much nicer bc it’s a suburb. A large group of 30-40yo with young children. "
  • Twowheelflygirl
"I would live here just for the school system. It's a small town feel, and so friendly. I can't say enough good things about the neighborhood. It's a family oriented street, I always got a hello. We have a dog and the park it just around the block, so this is great for us dog lovers and kids. I miss living there and frequently look at properties in that area."
  • halen13
"Haddon Twp. is the perfect place to raise a family. Public school system is good/improving. Great parochial schools in the area. Unlimited accessibility to excellent restaurants and shops along Haddon Ave. and Cuthbert Blvd., The community neighborhood schools, township pool, athletic fields all within walking distance. The hi-speedline to Philadelphia or to the Jersey shore also within walking distance. There is a strong police/public safety presence. The sense of community is unmatched. "
