Both overhead doors have some damage. There is a handicap assesible ramp on the back of the house that is in good condition. There is wood privacy fence around the entire back yard,Interior Features:The overall interior is in very good condition. There is a small kitchen that is fully intact. Both bathrooms are intact and are handicap assessible, but they are public restrooms and due not have a shower or a tub. The kitchen and bathrooms both have ceramic tile flooring that is in good condition. The rest of the house has carpet that is slightly worn or industrial tiles. All of the the ceilings and walls are in good condition. The basement is clean and bright. Mechanicals are intact and include a forced air furnace, hot water heater, 2 air conditioners.
