No smoking or pets allowed on premises.

Must show proof of full vaccination against Covid-19. No cosigners are accepted. Only applicants with a credit score of 680 or above will be invited to tour the premises. Owner pays water, sewer and front yard maintenance. Tenant pays electricity and garbage.

    "No traffic if you are traveling locally but if you need to travel for work outside of Jamestown towards Oakdale then it can be very time consuming. There are a lot of one lane highways that can get congested depending on the time and day. "

    "There are no sidewalks here and most streets aren’t wide enough for two cars to pass. If you see a car coming the opposite direction somebody has to back up. The City does not haul yard waste away or remove downed trees limbs."
