This is a no-smoking 4-plex. COVID precautions - If you are invited to tour the premises, please arrive wearing a mask and carrying your own hand sanitizer and wipes. Plan to tour one at a time for social distancing. Other people can wait on the upstairs deck.

No smoking or pets allowed on premises.

Must show proof of full vaccination against Covid-19. No cosigners are accepted. Only applicants with a credit score of 680 or above will be invited to tour the premises. Owner pays water, sewer and front yard maintenance. Tenant pays electricity and garbage.
