About this House

Outstanding ground floor condo at Ridgecrest, a well established and desirable community offering comfortable, low maintenance living in a fantastic location. This corner unit shows like a model home and is truly move in ready from the moment you walk through the door.

Step inside and you will immediately notice the quality of the recent updates throughout. The condo has been beautifully remodeled with luxury vinyl flooring, fresh paint, updated tile bathrooms, and a refreshed kitchen that make this home feel brand new. The spacious kitchen offers abundant cabinetry and generous counter space, giving you plenty of room to cook and entertain. A range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator are all included, so you can settle in without the hassle of buying appliances.

The living room is warm and inviting, centered around a classic fireplace that creates a cozy focal point for relaxing evenings or gathering with friends and family. The functional floor plan makes great use of every square foot, with two generously sized bedrooms offering plenty of room to unwind. An extra large storage closet off the entry and an additional coat closet provide practical space for everyday organization, something that is often hard to find in condo living. A stacked washer and dryer are included as well, adding to the convenience of this turnkey home.

As a corner unit, this condo enjoys an added sense of privacy that is hard to come by. The location within the development is one of the best, offering easy access to your detached one car garage complete with an automatic opener, along with a designated parking space that makes loading groceries and coming home after a long day effortless.

Ridgecrest residents enjoy wonderful community amenities, including a fenced and secure pool area with a private bath and changing room, ideal for cooling off on warm days or simply soaking up some sun. An RV parking area is also available for resident use, a rare and valuable perk for those with extra vehicles or recreational equipment. The HOA takes care of exterior maintenance, landscaping, pool upkeep, and driveway maintenance, giving you more time to enjoy life and less time worrying about upkeep.

Beyond the community itself, the location cannot be beat. You will find shopping, restaurants, walking trails, and biking paths just minutes away, making it easy to stay active or run errands without going far. The nearby Sacramento River Trails add even more opportunity for outdoor recreation, whether you enjoy walking, jogging, or simply taking in the scenery.

"I lived in this neighborhood for 7 years. The only thing that unique was there is only one-way in & one-way out. So people don’t usually come up here unless they live here or are visiting. Seems to be a safety perk. "
  • Seema M.
"I see people walk their dogs around the area. I see also people running and walking daily. It’s close to Save More grocery store which have reasonable prices. There is gas station near by and pharmacy."

"Anywhere in Redding is approx 15 minutes. Car thefts are high. Theft in general is high. Beautiful city. We moved here in 1991 and the parks were safe for kids. Now, kids come upon syringes etc. making it unsafe. The homeless problem is horrible as they steal and are at every corner begging for money. I’m so looking forward to leave this city after retirement. Mount Shasta and SHASTA lake are nearby. Mt Lassen is also close by to the East. Beautiful areas for hiking. "
  • Susan W.
"U can walk around with your dog no problem owners use leash an pick up after their dog. People respectful"
  • Wendelyn L. H.
"I don’t know. I don’t own a dog or have any idea what type of neighborhood they need. We do have a dog park nearby "

I drive to work and have to pass all the homeless in the community park by the library n next to police station lots of fight I can’t go to library. People passed out on sidewalks downtown redding. Why do I pay taxes for police here they dont do much"
  • Lonewolf2kz
"not a place for the Family Herion Addicts Buy and selling freely in the neighborhood. have witnessed people cruising the streets buying proposing the streets to buy from them with out thought of the health and Well-being for the Children. "
