Owner pays for trash. Tenant is responsible for water, gas, an electric. No smoking in the units. No parking on landscaped or rock areas. one year lease anything less is $300.00 more a month. There is a $35 to $75 dollars added to the rent per animal. Tenants are responsible for maintaining their back yards. Parking, you have garage, driveway, and the street.
